Welcome

Advice-for-cat-lovers

Cheetah has been with our family for 14 years, since he had been a tiny kitten.  He was the weakest one in the litter and literally had to “claw” his way through life to assert himself.

Cheetah as been living a very privileged life since we live in a semi-rural setting where he has a large “territory” which he calls his own.  Despite his virtually stress-less life, Cheetah still developed the major cat diseases, many of which are attributed to “old age” in cats.  Like many older cats, he developed diabetes and he had it so severely, that the vet suggested we put him down.  That was when I started searching the internet for alternative remedies to help Cheetah’s diabetes.  You can read about this in the section on cat diabetes.

I am no cat expert, but having experienced all the stages in Cheetah’s life, wanted to create a site where cat lovers can come to look for possible advice and answers.  I also don’t have all the answers, but will supply you with advice from others which I feel makes sense within my experience with Cheetah.
